At Miss Chulbulee, we aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share the following details with your request:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • The refund request must be made within the specified reporting window

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • The refund request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused after the product has been delivered

Refund Process

Once we review the request and confirm the issue, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

No Exchange Policy

Miss Chulbulee does not currently offer exchanges, store credits, or returns.
